Mirpir AJK to demonstrate joint mock exercise by Emergency Services bodies - Rescue 1122 and Police

MIRPUR (AJK) , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point news - 4th Mar, 2026) In view of ongoing global and regional security situation, a joint exercise (mock exercise) will be conducted by Emergency Services, Rescue 1122 and Police at Pilot High school No. 1 in Mirpur city in order to prepare the institutions to deal with any possible emergent situation, improve emergency response mechanisms, improve mutual coordination and response time, according to official sources.

They sources told APP here that various official institutions of emergency services would participate in the mock exercise and a practical demonstration would be given assuming the situation of natural disasters or major accidents.

"During the exercise, rescue, firefighting, medical emergency and evacuation phases will particularly be practiced", the sources said.
