Woman found dead in Naushahro Feroze neighborhood

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th May, 2026) The body of a 29-year-old woman with her throat slit was found in Bilawal Colony, Mehrabpur area in the district, police said on Monday.

According to police, the victim was identified as the wife of Imran Arain, adding her husband worked in Karachi while the woman lived alone at home with her children.

The police reached the scene after receiving information about the incident and shifted the body to a hospital after completing legal formalities.

They said the police were examining all possible angles to determine who killed the woman and the motive behind the murder. Evidence from the scene was also being collected.
