Three alleged drug peddlers arrested, 24 kg high-quality hashish seized

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jun, 2026) Shah Latif Police have arrested three suspects and recovered 24 kilograms of high-quality hashish worth millions of rupees in a targeted operation against the alleged drug peddlers.

The high-quality hashish was concealed in secret compartments inside the rickshaw, said a police spokesperson on Friday.

During the operation, the police recovered 24 kilograms of high-quality hashish, mobile phones, and cash from the suspects.

During initial investigations, the suspects revealed that the drugs were brought from Peshawar for sale in various areas of Karachi.

A case is being registered against the suspects identified as Azmat Khan, Akhtar Munir, and Imran Gul.
