Six school girls injured in honey-bee attack

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Mar, 2026) At least six school girls were injured in a honey-bee bite incident which took place at the Government Girls High School near Chak Jhumra on Wednesday.

According to Rescue-1122, routine classes were ongoing at Government Girls High School, Chak No 153-RB, a suburb locality of Chak Jhumra tehsil when honey-bees attacked the girls.

On being informed, the rescue team reached the site and provided first aid to the victims that were later rushed to rural health center, Sahianwala for more treatment.

The injured girls included Khadija Kubra (10), Zahra Batool (10), Manahil Fatima (15), Areesha Fatima (9), Mubara Haider (10), and Areeba (12).
