Sardar Yousaf meets Railways Minister

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th May, 2026) Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf Thursday called on Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi at the Ministry of Railways.

During the meeting, both leaders discussed matters of mutual interest, public facilitation initiatives and administrative affairs, said a news release.

They also emphasized the promotion of interfaith harmony, improvement in public service projects and strengthening institutional cooperation between government departments.

The two ministers reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing coordination and collaboration to ensure the effective delivery of public services and the timely resolution of citizens’ issues.

On the occasion, Sardar Yousaf paid tribute to the bravery of martyred railway employee Liaquat Ali, praising his sacrifice and courage.

He said that brave individuals like Liaquat Ali are national assets whose sacrifices will always be remembered.

Speaking on the occasion, Hanif Abbasi said that reforms in Pakistan Railways and improved facilities for passengers remain the government’s top priority.
