PPP Multan condemns Bannu terror attack

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2026) Malik Naseem Hussain Labar, President Pakistan Peoples' Party (PPP) Multan City, condemned the cowardly terrorist attack in Bannu and expressed the deep grief felt by every party worker over the martyrdom of Pakistan Army soldiers.

He stated that the entire nation stands in solidarity with the armed forces, who serve as an iron wall against terrorism, and praised the unparalleled bravery and patriotism of the youth who sacrifice their lives for the defense of the motherland under the leadership of the Army Chief.

He emphasized that it demand political reconciliation and wise leadership rather than confrontation, pointing to the political sagacity of President Asif Ali Zardari and the proven diplomatic success of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as the key to bringing diverse political forces to the table for a national consensus.

The PPP City president further asserted that the current government must consult with the PPP leadership to steer the country out of the menace of terrorism and toward a path of development through mutual agreement.
