A Ministry of Religious Affairs official told APP on Friday that the minister reviewed operational arrangements, accommodation, transport, food, complaint management and guidance services being provided to pilgrims under the government Hajj scheme.

During the visit, the minister was briefed that more than 118,000 Pakistani pilgrims have already arrived in Makkah under the official Hajj scheme.

The briefing informed the minister that the ministry had completed the training and deployment of Nazims to guide pilgrims during Hajj rituals, with one Nazim assigned to lead every group of 188 pilgrims during the performance of Manasik-e-Hajj.

Sardar Muhammad Yousaf said feedback from pilgrims would be collected through a mobile application after the completion of Hajj, while complete operational statistics would be released after returning to Pakistan.
