RIYADH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jul, 2026) The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched an online survey and feedback campaign to evaluate the effectiveness of the various facilities and services provided to pilgrims through its official digital application, 'Nusuk' (Nsak).

In a recent message shared on social media, the ministry reached out to pilgrims and guests of Allah from around the world, asking which specific service within the Nusuk app made the journey most convenient and comfortable for them—spanning from initial travel planning to the conclusion of the holy rituals.

The ministry highlighted key features of the Nusuk app designed to provide comprehensive guidance to pilgrims throughout Hajj and Umrah. Through this smart application, travelers can access hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah, flight details, and digital maps paired with navigation for the holy sites, including Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat.

In its digital post, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah utilized dedicated hashtags to reflect the overall success of the Hajj season and the warm reception of pilgrims. The ministry emphasized that the Primary objective of these modern services is to promote cutting-edge smart technology over traditional methods, in alignment with the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. This shift ensures a foolproof, highly convenient environment for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims globally. The feedback and insights gathered from international visitors will be used to make these digital services even more advanced and effective for future seasons.
