During the inspection, the Divisional Commissioner thoroughly examined the quality of ghee, flour, pulses, dates, spices, beverages, chicken, vegetables and fruits; furthermore, he compared the rates with those prevailing in the open market. He appreciated the diligent efforts of the district administration for maintaining a reasonable price difference and ensuring transparent arrangements.
