Larkana Police Foils Drug Supply Attempt

LARKANA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jun, 2026) Senior Superintendent of Police Larkana (SSP) Ahmed Chaudhry said that the network of a gang supplying drugs from Balochistan province to Sindh has been dismantled on Friday.

He further said within the jurisdiction of Ratodero Police Station, from the Rata Barrage area, two drug peddler suspects have been arrested along with a Honda City car, over three kilograms (3080 grams) of charas (hashish), and more than 97 kilograms of gutka.

The arrested suspects have been identified as Abid Brohi and Naeem Brohi.

He said more the arrested suspects belong to an inter-provincial drug peddling group.Interrogation of the arrested suspects regarding buyers and local dealers is ongoing. A case has been registered against the suspects on behalf of the police, and an investigation has been initiated.The aforementioned suspects have also been previously involved in gutka supply cases within Karachi.
