KUST holds 15th convocation

KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th May, 2026) Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST) here Thursday holds 15th convocation awarding degrees to outstanding students.

The ceremony among other was attended by CM's aide, Shafi Jan, Meena Khan Adridi, Commissioner Kohat Division Syed Motasim Billah Shah, Vice Chancellor KUST Prof Dr Syed Zafar Ilyas and Deputy Commissioner Kohat Muhammad Nawaz Wazir, faculty members and large number of students.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister for Higher Education Meena Khan Afridi said sustainable development of any society depends on education, research and the promotion of modern academic skills.

He said the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is undertaking reforms and improving facilities in the higher education sector to provide students with quality education aligned with international standards.
