Kayani asks expatriates to invest in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Apr, 2026) Minister of State for Finance and Railways, Bilal Azhar Kayani on Wednesday urged the expatriates to invest in Pakistan as rich potential was available in various sectors.

Overseas Pakistani should bring the money to their country for investment purpose, he said while talking

to a private television channel.

He said the measures were being taken to provide conducive environment regarding tax.

Commenting on ceasefire between United States and Iran, he said Pakistan has made sincere efforts for ceasefire. On diplomatic fronts, he said, it was a great achievement for the country to facilitate the talks. He said that Pakistan would continue its role for peace in the region.
