Hyderabad: Ombudsman office resolves 26 complaints at khuli kachehri

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Apr, 2026) Acting on the special directives of the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh Suhail Ahmed Rajput, the Regional Director Ombudsman Hyderabad Syed Muhammad Sajjad Haider Shah held an open court (Khuli Kachehri) at the District Accounts Office Hyderabad, where he reviewed submitted applications in coordination with accounts officials and resolved a total of 26 complaints, providing relief to the applicants.

During the session, officials of the District Accounts Office presented reports on 13 applications, while directions were issued to concerned officers to submit reports on seven pending cases without delay.

On the occasion, three complainants directly approached Syed Sajjad Haider Shah during the open court.

After hearing their grievances, he instructed the relevant authorities to resolve their issues at the earliest.

Most of the complaints brought before the open court were related to pensions and salaries. Speaking on the occasion, Syed Sajjad Haider Shah said that the Ombudsman institution was committed to ensuring prompt justice to the public, and the purpose of holding open courts was to provide timely redressal of public grievances.

He urged government officials to perform their duties with honesty and responsibility to ensure quick resolution of citizens’ issues. He further directed that all pending applications be disposed of within the stipulated time and relief be provided to applicants without delay.
