Top government officials, investigators, and representatives of Cambridge Assessment International education rushed to address the situation as authorities ordered a full-scale probe into the suspected breach of the O Level Mathematics exam.

The meeting was convened at the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, following the directions of Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi and Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui.

Chaired by Secretary Interior Muhammad Khurram Agha, the meeting brought together key officials, including Secretary Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Nadeem Mahbub, representatives of Cambridge Assessment International Education, Director General National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency Syed Khurram Ali, officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan, and members of the British Council.

During the session, the Secretary MoFE&PT briefed the participants on the mounting concerns of the Government, parents, and students following reports of the alleged leak of the Cambridge O Level Mathematics examination paper.
