District administration reviews arrangements for Eid-ul-Azha

KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th May, 2026) District administration here Saturday conducted a inspection to review arrangements being made to facilitate people during Eid-ul-Azha.

Deputy Commissioner Kohat Muhammad Nawaz visited the central Eidgah to review cleanliness, drainage, security and other arrangements. He directed

the concerned departments to ensure that preparations be completed timely for convenience of people to offer Eid prayers.

He also inspected the Kohat Cattle Market and reviewed sanitation, water supply, security and overall management.

He instructed staff to facilitate traders and buyers and maintain strict discipline in the market.

A team of district administration and police officials inspected bus transport terminals for Karak, Bannu, Mianwali and Rawalpindi routes. Fare lists and ticket prices were checked. District administration officials reaffirmed that monitoring and inspections would continue to ensure public convenience and safety.

Meanwhile, Ustarzai Police Station recovered 10 stolen goats that were reportedly missing from their grazing land.
