Commissioner inspects THQ Hospital Yazman

BAHAWALPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) Commissioner Irfan Ali Kathia visited the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital in Yazman to review healthcare facilities and service delivery.

He was accompanied by Member of Provincial Assembly Khalid Mahmood Jajja, former Senator Chaudhry Saud Majeed, Director Health Services Tanveer Shah, and Assistant Commissioner Yazman Sajjad Ahmed.

During the visit, the Commissioner inspected the emergency ward, gynecology ward, and dialysis unit. He reviewed the availability of medical facilities, cleanliness standards, supply of medicines, and attendance of medical staff. He also interacted with patients and their attendants in the emergency ward to inquire about the quality of treatment being provided.

He directed that uninterrupted and free dialysis services be ensured for kidney patients, along with timely maintenance and repair of equipment.
