18 arrested, liquor, drugs, weapons recovered

BAHAWALPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Jul, 2026) Police arrested 18 accused in a crackdown launched in different localities of the district and recovered drugs, liquor, and illegal weapons from their possession.

According to a spokesman for the police, policemen conducted a series of operations over the past 24 hours, arresting 18 suspects and recovering narcotics, liquor, and illegal firearms from their possession.

He said that police from Dera Nawab Sahib Police Station and City Hasilpur Police Station arrested three suspects involved in the sale of liquor and recovered 75 liters of liquor from their possession.
