University marks first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq

Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro (SABS) University of Art, Design and Heritages, Jamshoro, marked the first anniversary of operation Bunyanum-Marsoos, Marka-e-Haq, with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th May, 2026) Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro (SABS) University of Art, Design and Heritages, Jamshoro, marked the first anniversary of operation Bunyanum-Marsoos, Marka-e-Haq, with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. 

In this connection, a rally and printmaking sketches of national heroes were organized to highlight the significance of the operation and the valor of Pakistan's armed forces.

The rally was led by Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Arabella Bhutto along with faculty members, officers, staff and students, who expressed solidarity with the armed forces of Pakistan and paid tribute to the national heroes who rendered sacrifices for the country's defense and sovereignty.

Addressing the participants, Bhutto said the anniversary of Marka-e-Haq reflected the courage, unity and determination of the Pakistani nation and its armed forces.

 She emphasized that universities played a vital role in promoting patriotism, national harmony and awareness among the youth about the sacrifices made for peace and security.

The VC further stated that remembering national achievements and honoring the sacrifices of martyrs strengthens the spirit of unity and motivates younger generations to contribute positively towards the development and stability of the country. 

She appreciated the active participation of students and faculty members in the commemorative activities.The printmaking sketches of national heroes were organized under the supervision of Assistant Professor Fazal Elahi Khan. 

Through creative artworks, students paid rich tribute to the bravery and sacrifices of Pakistan's heroes, reflecting themes of patriotism, resilience and national pride.
