Ten busted, over 3.5 kg hashish, 82 lit liquor seized

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Apr, 2026) Police on Wednesday arrested three drug suppliers and recovered more than 3.5 kilograms of hashish in separate operations.

Police said that Bani Police Station recovered 1.38 kg of hashish from a suspect, Race Course Police Station recovered 1.2 kg, while New Town Police Station seized 1.1 kg and registered separate cases.

Police said operations against drug trafficking would continue.

Meanwhile, seven individuals were also arrested with 82 litres of liquor recovered during operations in different areas.

According to the details, Ganjmandi Police Station arrested five suspects and seized 66 litres of liquor, Mandrah Police Station recovered 10 litres from one accused, while Race Course Police Station seized 6 litres from another suspect.
