DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th May, 2026) Sub-Divisional Education Officer (Male) Dera, Dr. Abdul Hafeez Joya, has directed teachers to remain actively engaged with parents and continue students’ learning activities during the summer vacations through reading exercises, writing practice, and small educational projects.
He issued these instructions while addressing annual result day ceremonies held in different schools including GPS No: 8, GPS No: 6, GPS No: 1, and GPS Nawab.
Dr. Joya said that the children were the foremost priority of the education department and there can be no compromise on their education and moral training.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>He emphasized that the teachers should focus all their efforts on improving the quality of education and ensuring the provision of essential learning facilities, as students represent the future of the nation.
He also instructed schools to complete the distribution of free textbooks without delay and advised every class teacher to create WhatsApp groups for parents to keep them informed about academic progress and school activities.
