Tarar offers condolences on demise of Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khosa

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd May, 2026) Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar visited the residence of former Punjab governor and senior politician Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khosa to offer condolences over his demise.

The minister expressed sympathies with the late leader’s sons, Sardar Saifuddin Khosa and Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa, and offered Fateha for the departed soul.

Attaullah Tarar described Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khosa as a wise, dignified and seasoned political leader, saying he had played a significant role in national politics and public service.

He said the late politician’s contributions to political and social spheres would always be remembered, adding that his passing had deprived the country of a prudent and serious statesman.

The minister prayed that Allah Almighty may grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give strength to the bereaved family to bear the loss.
