Sindh Governor, CM discuss overall situation of province, relief measures

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Mar, 2026) The Governor of Sindh, Muhammad Nihal Hashmi, met with Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah at the Governor's House here on Saturday.

The CM Syed Murad Ali Shah congratulated the Governor Muhammad Nihal Hashmi on assuming the office.

During the meeting, the overall situation of the province and matters of mutual interest were discussed.

The Governor said that provision of relief to the public can be ensured by controlling the prices of food items during the month of Ramazan.

The CM said that measures are being taken to ensure control over prices. Nihal Hashmi thanked the CM for his good wishes.

They also expressed their commitment to continue joint efforts for the development of the province and the welfare of the people.
