Shah Shams Park lights inaugurated

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Mar, 2026) In a festive move ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, the Multan Horticulture Agency has completed the installation of decorative lights at Shah Shams Park, offering residents a bright and cheerful environment for celebrations.

The lights were officially inaugurated by Commissioner Aamir Karim Khan, in a ceremony attended by MD Horticulture Agency Multan, Syed Waseem Hasan.

Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Aamir Karim Khan emphasized that citizens should be provided with the best recreational facilities in parks during Eid. He also directed that effective arrangements for cleanliness and security be ensured to create a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors.

The Commissioner further instructed the Horticulture Agency to install lights in additional parks across the city and called for strategies to ensure that the lights remain functional and well-protected.
