Proclaimed offender held, stolen tractors worth Rs. 5.3 mn recovered

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Apr, 2026) Police on Wednesday arrested a proclaimed offender wanted in a robbery case and recovered two stolen tractors with buckets worth over Rs. 5.3 million.

According to the details, Nasirabad Police conducted the operation using technical and human intelligence and apprehended the suspect involved in a gunpoint robbery committed in November 2024.

One accomplice had already been arrested, while raids were underway to arrest the remaining suspects.

SP Potohar Sardar Babar Mumtaz Khan said the accused would be challaned in court with solid evidence.
