Prince Harry’s foundation pens letter of thanks

Foundation thanked all three candidate cities for their dedication.

The foundation that Prince Harry’s founded just expressed their continued thanks to all those cities who have gone above and beyond for helping the Invictus Games finally settle on a city for its next chapter.

In a statement, the foundation thanked all three candidate cities for their dedication and commitment throughout the selection process.

“We would like to thank all three cities for the ambition, commitment and care they have shown throughout the process, and for their shared belief in the power of the Invictus Games to change lives and save lives,” the statement said.

The foundation also revealed that it recently welcomed delegations from the three bidding cities, which presented their final proposals to the Board of Trustees.

According to the statement, the presentations marked the final stage of a detailed selection process that included bid submissions, site visits and extensive evaluations.

The Invictus Games, established by Prince Harry, are held every two years in a different host country and bring together wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans from around the world.

The foundation is expected to announce the host city for the 2029 Invictus Games after completing its review of the final proposals.
