President pays tribute to Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed on 27th martyrdom anniversary

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Jul, 2026) President Asif Ali Zardari has paid tribute to Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed, Nishan-e-Haider, on his 27th martyrdom anniversary, lauding his bravery and sacrifice.

"The eternal sacrifice of Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed will live forever," the president said in a statement.

He said that the martyrs of Pakistan were the national asset, and their sacrifices would always be remembered with respect and gratitude.

"The nation is indebted to the sacrifices of its martyrs that has made the defense of Pakistan invincible," President Zardari added.
