The initiative underscores PPAF’s continued commitment to enhancing institutional capacity and improving service delivery mechanisms for persons with disabilities (PWDs) across Balochistan.
Central to this effort is a dedicated Android-based application developed by the PPAF MIS team to enable systematic, real-time collection of disability-related data across all districts of the province.

A total of 36 participants including Directors, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors, and Social Welfare Officers attended the session, representing various districts of Balochistan.
The workshop was inaugurated by Secretary Social Welfare, Asmat Ullah Quresh, who emphasized the importance of the KUMAK Programme in advancing support systems for persons with disabilities.
He acknowledged PPAF’s technical leadership and support in facilitating the digital transformation of the program, noting that such collaborations are critical for strengthening institutional performance and outreach.

At the conclusion of the workshop, certificates were awarded to participants in recognition of their successful completion of the training.
Complementing the training initiative, a joint delegation comprising PPAF officials and senior representatives from the Social Welfare Department visited the Deaf Reach Centre of Excellence in Quetta.
The delegation reviewed ongoing repair and renovation work supported by PPAF, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening inclusive infrastructure and improving access to quality services for persons with disabilities.
