HR delegation holds special session with Lady police staff on Rule of Law , Social Justice

KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Apr, 2026) A human rights delegation has held a special session with female police personnel here focusing on the promotion of human rights, the rule of law and social justice.

The meeting included detailed discussions on protecting the fundamental rights of women, children and minority groups.

The delegates stressed the need for effective measures to safeguard their dignity and ensure their full participation in the society.

The participants also underlined the importance of strengthening institutional mechanisms to uphold justice and equality.

They said such engagements helped raise awareness and encourage a broader culture of respect for human rights at the community level.

The session was attended by SP Investigation Kohat, Niaz Muhammad Khan and welcomed the initiative and reaffirmed the police department’s commitment to protecting vulnerable groups and maintaining the rule of law across the district.

The officials described the interaction as a positive step towards improving cooperation between civil society and law enforcement in advancing human rights and social justice.
