Police seize weapon, liquor

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th May, 2026) Police arrested two suspects and recovered a pistol and 10 litres of liquor during separate operations against drug dealers and illegal arms holders.

According to police sources, Gulyana police team conducted an operation and arrested Muneeb Hassan, son of Nazar Muhammad, a resident of Kulk, besides recovering a 9mm pistol from his possession.

In another operation,Saddar Kahrian raiding team arrested Waheed Ahmed, son of Muhammad Hayat, a resident of Mander, and recovered 10 litres of liquor.

Cases have been registered against both suspects, and further investigations were underway.
