Police recover narcotics during targeted operation

RAJANPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Mar, 2026) The police seized liquor 95 bottles during a targeted search operation in Village, Ghareebabad area, the official sources said on Monday .

The raid, conducted by Rojhan Police in coordination with the Elite Force and special intelligence branches, targeted a residence in the Chak Dilbar locality.

District Police Officer (DPO) Mohammad Imran ordered the sweep as part of an ongoing crackdown on criminal activity in the region.

The suspect identified as Talib, a resident of Chak Dilbar.

The police recovered the cache of wine from his home during the "combing" operation.

The police registered a case against the accused and started investigation , according to a district police spokesperson.
