Petrol pumps warned against overcharging

TANK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jun, 2026) Additional Assistant Commissioner Malik Sajid Ali Khan has visited a fuel stations located on the Tank–Dera Ismail Khan Road to review facilities and services being provided to citizens.

According to the administration during the inspection, the Additional Assistant Commissioner thoroughly examined the accuracy of fuel gauges, the quality of fuel, cleanliness arrangements, and compliance with officially notified fuel prices.

He expressed satisfaction over the sale of quality fuel, the proper functioning of fuel gauges, and the cleanliness standards maintained at the station, appreciating the management's performance.

On the occasion, Malik Sajid Ali Khan advised the petrol pump owners to maintain the prescribed standards, ensure cleanliness, and strictly adhere to government regulations so that the public could continue to receive quality and transparent fuel services.

He further said that the district administration would continue regular inspections of businesses and public service providers to safeguard public interests and ensure the provision of quality services to citizens.
