Makkah, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2026) Facing an extreme 50°C summer forecast, the Pakistan Hajj Mission was launching its most technologically advanced Mashaer operation on the evening of 7th Dhul Hijjah under a data-driven micro-plan designed to safely transit 119,000 pilgrims, announced Deputy Coordinator Operations Makkah, Sadaqat Ali Awan.
In an interview with APP, Awan revealed that the mission would pioneer the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), animated instructional videos, and a dedicated "Nazim System" assigning one supervisor to every 188 pilgrims for end-to-end guidance.
To prevent gridlock and mitigate heat exhaustion, the Deputy Coordinator detailed that a fleet of over 1,750 modern buses would move 70 percent of the pilgrims to Mina immediately after Maghrib prayers in the first shift, with the remaining groups following at 11:00 pm and 4:00 am, while Fiqh-e-Jafaria pilgrims would transition directly to the plains of Arafat on the night of 8th Dhul Hijjah.
The logistical blueprint advances on the evening of 8th Dhul Hijjah as the entire matrix of pilgrims transitions to Arafat via an integrated bus and train network, a phase that Sadaqat Ali Awan emphasized required strict compliance with safety protocols.

Furthermore, Awan stated that the newly minted "Nazim System" would undergo its ultimate field test on the morning of 10th Dhul Hijjah to maintain rigorous crowd discipline during the high-density Rami ritual at Jamarat.
Rounding out the welfare strategy, Sadaqat Ali Awan confirmed that the mission had established dedicated shuttle services for Tawaf-al-Ziyarah alongside a flexible accommodation option, allowing exhausted pilgrims to bypass the Mina tents entirely and rest in their 24/7 air-conditioned Makkah residential buildings, which remain fully managed by Pakistani support teams.
