Motorcyclist dies in road accident

MUZAFFARGARH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jun, 2026) A motorcyclist was killed after a speeding coaster hit his bike at Chandran Mor,rescue officials said,here on Friday.

According to rescue sources,the accident occurred when the coaster collided with the motorcycle while overtaking,causing a severe impact.

As a result,the victim,identified as Waheed(55) died on the spot.

Rescue personnel shifted the body to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

However,the deceased's family refused a post-mortem examination and took the body home.

Police concerned were informed of the incident and completed the necessary legal procedures before closing the case.

Authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution and follow traffic regulations to help prevent road accidents.
