K-Electric confirms appointment of Shaheryar Chishty as new Chairman

Decision taken in Board meeting held on April 15.

KARACHI: The Board of Directors of K-Electric has appointed Shaheryar Chishty as its new Chairman, according to an official announcement.

The decision was taken during the Board meeting held on April 15. The appointment follows the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on April 2, after which the formal process of leadership change was completed.

The company has directed TRG certificate holders to be informed regarding the development. In addition, the Pakistan Stock Exchange has also been officially notified about the appointment.
