Irrigation Minister condemns saboteur incident of Unna Urak

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jul, 2026) Balochistan Provincial Minister for Irrigation, Mir Muhammad Sadiq Umrani strongly condemned the destructive act committed by terrorist elements in Unna Urak, a suburb of Quetta, last night.

In his statement, the provincial minister said that targeting of unarmed people by armed groups is an unacceptable and worrisome act.

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Central Committee Member and Parliamentary leader Mir Muhammad Sadiq Umrani said that law enforcement agencies were making serious efforts to eliminate these non-state elements with the cooperation of local tribes and effective action would be taken against them soon.

The Minister prayed for the elevation of the ranks of those martyred in the incident and said that may Allah Almighty grant all the martyrs a high place in Paradise and grant patience to the survivors.

He also prayed for early recovery of the injured.
