PTI founder and former prime minister asks the court to shift him to Shifa International Hospital for special treatment

ISLAMABAD: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-March 2nd, 2026) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday approached the Islamabad High Court seeking permission to receive medical treatment for his eye condition.

Imran Khan filed the petition through his lawyer Advocate Sardar Latif Khan Khosa.

The former prime minister submitted that he has been suffering from the eye problem. He asked the court to shift him to Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad for special medical care.

He also asked the court to allow him access to the personal doctors, Dr. Faisal Sultan and Dr. Asim, during his medical care.
