IHC to hear pleas of PTI founder, Bushra Bibi regarding 190m reference

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) would hear miscellaneous petitions of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi tomorrow for early hearing of their main appeals in 190 pounds’ reference

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Feb, 2026) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) would hear miscellaneous petitions of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi tomorrow for early hearing of their main appeals in 190 Pounds’ reference.

The Registrar office issued the cause list scheduling the appeals for hearing on Thursday.

A division bench comprising Chief Justice Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will hear the case.

Meanwhile, another miscellaneous petition was also filed on medical grounds of PTI founder for early hearing on medical grounds.

It may be mentioned here that last hearing on the main appeals were held on September 26, 2025.
