Healthcare services inspected

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Jun, 2026) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) District Health Authority Gujrat Dr. Syed Ata-ul-Munim conducted surprise visits to various healthcare facilities in Kunjah, Shadiwal and Lalamusa to review medical services and staff performance.

According to official sources, he visited Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Kunjah and inspected emergency and gynaecology services. He reviewed patients' treatment records, visited wards and obtained feedback from patients regarding healthcare facilities. He also expressed satisfaction over the timely provision of medicines through the hospital's indoor pharmacy.

During the visit, the father of former MPA Chaudhry Raza Ali Warraich was brought to the emergency department and was provided timely medical treatment. Chaudhry Raza Ali Warraich expressed satisfaction over the patient care and medical facilities available at the hospital.

Later, the CEO Health visited Rural Health Centre Shadiwal, where he checked staff attendance and inspected emergency services. He directed the staff to ensure strict compliance with the prescribed dress code.

He also visited Tehsil Level Hospital Lalamusa and reviewed emergency and gynaecology services, checked staff attendance and interacted with patients regarding their treatment. He expressed satisfaction over the availability of medicines at the indoor pharmacy.

Dr. Ata-ul-Munim directed doctors on duty to ensure timely entry of complete patient data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to further improve healthcare management and service delivery, the sources added.
