HDA uploads list of phase IV balloting beneficiaries on website

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2026) The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) has uploaded the list of allottees who succeeded in securing plots in Gulistan-e-Sarmast housing scheme during the February 16 digital balloting performed by the provincial minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah.

The HDA's spokesman informed here on Sunday that the people could check the allotment details by accessing the website of real marketing.com.pk/result.asp

According to him, the HDA had received 3,554 applications against 2,863 plots which were balloted in the 4th phase of balloting.

He said the allottees could also approach the Planning and Development office of the HDA to check their Names in the list.

Gulistan-e-Sarmast housing project in Kohsar town, launched in 2009, consisted of a massive 33,500 plots developed as a low cost housing scheme for the citizens.

However, its completion kept hitting delays and the HDA was yet to hand over possession of the plots to the allottees despite passage over 16 years.
