Govt to develop crematories, temples of Hindu community: Sundar Adwani

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) Sindh Chief Minister's Advisor for Minority Affairs MPA Sham Sundar Adwani distributed cheques of financial assistance among the poor people of Hindu community at Rama Pir temple in Sareghat area on Sunday evening.

Speaking on the occasion, the Advisor assured the people the government would undertake the development projects of improving infrastructure at the community's crematory and temples besides taking measures for security.

He said the Rama Pir temple was built in 1928 and that around 10,000 Hindus lived in close proximity to that temple.He pointed out that even a Hindu councilor was elected from the area in the last local government elections.
