Govt’s budget lifts burden off salaried class, focuses on relief in challenging economic conditions: Bilal Kayani says

While speaking exclusively to ptv news, Bilal Azhar Kayani said the Budget 2026-27 reflects a clear commitment to economic stability and citizen welfare, describing it as a practical and people-focused financial plan prepared in challenging circumstances.

He said the budget introduces meaningful fiscal adjustments aimed at supporting the salaried class and improving household financial resilience, while also ensuring that growth and stability remain balanced across all sectors of the economy.

He added that these measures are intended to strengthen trust in economic policy-making and support long-term recovery.
