KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th May, 2026) The Governor of Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi has said that officers are a strong bridge of trust between the state and the public.

While addressing the graduation ceremony of the 39th Senior Management Course at NIPA, he said that strong institutions and competent officers play a key role in country's development.

The Governor of Sindh said that the bureaucracy serves as the backbone of Pakistan.The best officer is one, who prioritizes law, merit and integrity.Hashmi said that making public service a guiding principle is the real success.

He said that Karachi offers immense opportunities in the fields of education, healthcare and investment.

The Governor of Sindh said that pressure on urban facilities is increasing due to the growing population.

Officers equipped with modern administrative skills are the need of the hour, he said adding that trained officers will play a positive role in the development of the country and the nation.

Muhammad Nihal Hashmi said that adherence to the law and public service are the hallmarks of a successful officer.

The Governor of Sindh said that modern training at NIPA is enhancing the professional capabilities of officers.

He congratulated the administration and participants of the 39th Senior Management Course.

He further said that Pakistan needs administrators with practical thinking and effective decision-making abilities.

Earlier, the Governor of Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi inaugurated sports Complex and Miyawaki Forest at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).

Director General of NIPA Dr. Saif ur Rehman briefed the Governor during a tour of various sections of the institution.

The Governor also inspected the digital library, bookshop, cafeteria and other facilities.
