Four injured as factory roof collapses

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jul, 2026) Four people were injured when the roof of a plastic bottle manufacturing factory collapsed

in Gulshan Ravi area on Tuesday.

According to the Rescue 1122, the incident occurred on Band Road where

the roof of a five-marla factory, constructed with TR girders, caved in.

The Urban Search and Rescue team responded promptly and successfully rescued all

four workers trapped under the debris alive.

Rescue officials provided first aid to the injured at the scene before shifting one critically

injured person to a nearby hospital.

Rescue 1122 said the search and rescue operation had been completed successfully.
