The ceremony was attended by Chief Executive Officer (Education) Tawakal Hussain, education department officials, Rescue 1122 personnel, teachers, and a large number of students.

They also noted that March 23 holds a prominent place in national history as it commemorates the Lahore Resolution, which laid the foundation for the establishment of a separate homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent.
