LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2026) A significant development on Thursday emerged in the ongoing case concerning the alleged promotion of online gambling applications against YouTuber Saadur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai.

The hearing was conducted at the district courts by Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo, who took up a plea seeking removal of the accused’s name from the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).

Saadur Rehman, along with other co-accused, appeared before the court and marked their attendance.

The case was registered by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), accusing the individuals of promoting online betting platforms.

During the proceedings, the NCCIA submitted a report stating that Saadur Rehman’s name had already been removed from the PNIL.

The agency informed the court that the name was initially placed on the list due to non-cooperation during the early stages of the investigation.

However, following the grant of bail, the accused joined the investigation, prompting authorities to reconsider their position. Investigators told the court they now have no objection to removing his name from the passport control list.

Officials further revealed that a formal recommendation has been forwarded to the Deputy Director of NCCIA, seeking approval for the removal of Saadur Rehman’s name.

The YouTuber faces allegations of promoting online gambling applications, for which the case remains under trial.
