Dry weather persists in city

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2026) Dry weather persisted in the city on Sunday, and the Meteorological Department (MET) forecast similar conditions for the next 24 hours.

According to MET officials, continental air continued to dominate most parts of the country, resulting in largely dry weather nationwide.

They said daytime temperatures are expected to remain above normal in many areas, while northern regions are likely to experience cold conditions during the night and early morning hours.

On Sunday, the lowest minimum temperature was recorded in Leh, where the mercury fell to -06°C. In Lahore, the minimum temperature was recorded at 18°C.
