Drug peddlers arrested, hashish recovered

District police here Friday arrested a drug peddler and recovered two kilogram hashish from his possession during checking on main highway

KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th May, 2026) District police here Friday arrested a drug peddler and recovered two kilogram hashish from his possession during checking on main highway.

According to details, acting on a tip-off, a police team led by SHO Police Station Saddar starting checking of vehicles on main highway.

During checking , police recovered 2.1 kilogram hashish from a man, identified as Shafi-ur-Rehman who was reported to be resident of District Bannu. Case has been registered and investigation is underway.
