DPO leading elections against terrorists responsible for attacking police in Shakardarra area

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Feb, 2026) District Police Officer (DPO), Shehbaz Elahi is supervising the ground response and coordinating efforts to track down

the terrorist attacking police mobile vehicles within the jurisdiction of Police Station Shakardarra, prompting a

swift and forceful response from law-enforcement authorities.

According to police, multiple police mobiles came under attack, after which heavy contingents of police immediately rushed to the area to secure the site and engage the assailants.

The police cordoned off the entire vicinity and launched a search

operation, they added.

The police said that the operation would continue until the area is neutralized.
