DPM, Iraqi counterpart discuss regional situation

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Mar, 2026) Deputy Prime Minister / Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spoke with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Iraq, Fuad Hussein.

They discussed the rapidly evolving regional situation and stressed the need for sustained efforts to contain tensions, promote de-escalation, and advance peace and stability in the region. Both agreed to stay in close contact.
