DPM/FM Dar reviews preparations for OIC Ministerial Conference on Women to be held in Pakistan

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday chaired a meeting to review preparations for the 9th OIC Ministerial Conference on Women, scheduled to be hosted by Pakistan on 12-13 July 2026

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Apr, 2026) Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday chaired a meeting to review preparations for the 9th OIC Ministerial Conference on Women, scheduled to be hosted by Pakistan on 12-13 July 2026.

Expressing satisfaction at the state of preparations, DPM/FM directed all relevant Ministries/Departments to continue

taking all necessary actions for a productive and successful event, according to a press statement issued by the

Foreign Office Spokesperson.

The meeting was attended by the Federal Ministers for Law & Justice and Information Technology, SAPM Tariq Bajwa, Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch, the Secretaries of Cabinet and Human Rights Divisions, Permanent Representative to OIC, as well as senior officials from Finance, Interior, & other concerned Ministries.
